The CRC leases space from New Birth International Church in Pontiac from December - March, to host Safe Tonight Shelter (STS), providing critical 24/7 shelter, warm bed, meals, and a connection to services for neighbors with nowhere else to turn.

During the 2025-26 season, STS served 156 guests and helped 58 of them move into transitional housing. The shelter works alongside community partners across the county to move guests from a safe night tonight toward a stable home tomorrow.
